What was your most memorable race/competition?
 

 Northern Virginia Invitational in 2014 which was held at Robinson high school.



Where did you face your biggest competition? or What was your favorite meet and why?
 

NOVA Invitational because I had a fifteen second personal record on my 3200m and ran a 9:18. 



If you could, what would you do differently with your high school running career?
 

I wouldn't change a thing because Virginia Tech has always been my dream school to run for.

 


Out of all of your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most?

Robert E. Lee HS XC team making it to regional, and winning footlocker 2013 south senior boys race 



What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?

 Injury and the temptation of eating chocolate and drinking soda. 



What was your most difficult workout?
 

Two-a-days before outdoor districts. I did 10 x 400 and 30 x 200. 


What will you miss the most?
 

Cross Country.


How have your coaches influenced your performances and your life goals?
 

They have motivated me. 


 

What are your plans for college?
 

Virginia Tech and Andrew Eason. 


What is your advice for an incoming freshman running/competing in the same events as you did?

Work hard.
