7 Very Bold Things This XC Season WILL Bring

Ok, so we didn't correctly predict everything correctly for outdoor track...(Here is the link to that article) but we did shock a bunch of people and come darn near close to hitting a home run with our predictions. To recap them check on the next page!

Below are our 7 very bold predictions for this cross country season.

#1 Drew Hunter will win The Foot Locker National Title

Last year Drew lost a single XC race and that was the FL National one. He was right there with the lead as they hit the final hill but Grant Fisher made a phenomenal move to take home back-to-back crowns. This year Drew will be the one making moves. He showed us in Outdoor track just how in shape he is and how ready he is to be the next national superstar.

He enters the season with his 14:36 pr but we all know he can go much faster then that. At states a year ago he went 14:41 in freezing conditions without a single competitor around. He could have easily gone 14:20 at Foot Locker South a year ago if he wanted to but he was obviously cruising to save it for Nationals. This year he will not only win the national title (preseason US #1) but also... no, wait until later in the list to see what he will also do.
