LINCOLN, NE -- Our meet has just added the Distance Medley Relay (1200-400-800-1600) and the 4 x Mile Relay. We are limiting entries to ten teams per event per gender. The new events come just in time for one of Virginia's top distance runners, Bryce Ruiz. He was the National AAU Champion in the 1500 m and the 3000 m last summer and his current PR is 9:17 in the 3200 m.
