World Record AND National Championship For Noah Lyles!

Albuquerque, Nm. -  2016 T.C. Williams alumni and adidas professional athlete, Noah Lyles just stepped his game up to yet another level. In his first USATF Indoor National Championships he not only took home a national title but also the world record in the event with his 31.87 clocking. That betters Olympian Wallace Spearman's 2006 31.88 clocking.

Noah ran out of lane 5, the ideal lane after having run the fastest time in prelims (32.16). This victory was also in no small part thanks to his .171 reaction time. Anything faster than .100 of a second is constituted as a false start under both IAAF and USATF rules. This is his 19th 300m dash victory in a row.
