18 Things To Look For During The VA Outdoor Track Season #15

If you ever see someone win the 55mH and 300m state titles indoors you can almost guarantee a huge outdoor performance in the 300mH. That is why Emmanuel Waller (E.C. Glass) and his hurdling this outdoor season is our #15 most anticipated thing to see.

He posted a 4A best 7.41 to win the 55mH last season and followed it up with a flat track 34.95 to win the 300m title as well. That was a two second improvement from his performance the year before. His 55mH time was also a huge improvement.

Now that he is a state champion and proved he can win on the biggest stage it is time to seriously look at him as a contender in every single race and competition. He currently owns a best of 38.56 in the 300H but could be expected to run as fast as 36 this season. He could become one of the 10 individuals in the MileStat era to break the 37 barrier and we are beyond excited to watch every race he runs.
