Boys 3200m heat #1 is lined up.	Favorite Hari Mix leads the 3200m run through a first lap pace of 67 sec.
Hitting the first 800 in a time of 2:16 is Mix with Forest Park junior Bryce Iverson right behind.	Mix and Iverson begin to outdistance the field as they go through the first mile in 4:35.
Coming into the bell lap is Mix with Iverson beginning to struggle to keep up.	Mix turns it on in the final lap for a winning time of 9:10.81.
Chantilly sophomore Brad Sirgusa closes fast in the final lap to make a race of number two, as Bryce Iverson (9:20.87) barely holds off Siragusa (9:21.46).	The next three finishers head to the line (in lane 1): Douglas Freeman junior Richard Andrews 9:33.42, Good Councel sophomore Drew Abernathy 9:34.58 and Massaponax junior Michael Disilvestro 9:35.89.
Reidsville senior Daniel Slaydon takes heat two with a time of 9:40.80 with Douglas Freeman senior Matt Carleton (9:43.90) dueling with Kellam junior Mitch Cooper (9:44.10).	In heat three it's a race to the finish with Woodberry Forest's Hunter Willis (9:59.00) just nipping Thomas Dale's 9:59.90 to round out 21 sub-10 performances for the day.
