Top 50 Fastest 5K Times (9/6 Update)
Sarah McCarthy (pictured right by Tim O'Dowd of irishrunner.com) led the Bishop O'Connell girls to a team title on Saturday in Maryland at the Peter Geraghty Invitational with her third place individual finish. Her time of 19:06 ranks as third fastest so far this season in Virginia between two meet record breakers from this past weekend's meets in Hannah Lowery of Stafford and Hannah Brown of Blacksburg.
