Trackshark.com picks Tech\'s Jacobus Smit for the spotlight interview of the week

BLACKSBURG, Va. - Jacobus Smit, a javelin thrower on the Virginia Tech men\'s track & field team was picked by Trackshark to be the featured athlete of the week on the collegiate track & field website.

Tom Borish, Trackshark\'s Webmaster and Managing Director, recently sat down with Smit and asked several probing questions about throwing the nation\'s leading mark at his first competition of the season, what his training regiment entails and why he chose to compete for Virginia Tech.

Smit is the 12th athlete of the season to be featured in the interview section of Trackshark.com.
