Good job to everyone that performed at footlocker yesterday, especially to the runners that are going to Nationals. I decided that I would take on the heavy competition of the boys seeded race, instead of running in the boy\'s junior race. I had a good race, it was my first sub 16 performance, and it was a good way to end the season. My only regret about the race was that I should have gone out faster, the plan was to go out fast the first mile, but not kill myself, then really work the second mile. But all the kids that went out extremely fast then slowed down really prevented much speeding up in the second mile from happening. So I had a really slow second mile, but made it up in the last mile. So I believe my splits were like mile 1 (4:56), mile 2 (5:32), mile 3 (4:52, est.), which turned out to be 15:55.
