For Jamestown High runners Devin Canaday and Yukwan Chan, competing in the 400-meter hurdles events is unusual. With a time of 59.7 seconds, Canaday broke a 15-year-old meet record of 1:02.2. With a second-place finish of 1:01.6, so did Chan.
