Cosby will have a hard enough time winning their district/region, let alone states. Their sprinters will do a good job, but I don't see where they will pick up enough points in distance, jumping and throwing. Even though Cosby was the outdoor track in Dominion last season, Manchester is the defending indoor champ and won't go down easy with their well rounded team. Cosby is also likely to fall to Douglas Freeman in the Central Region as Freeman is returning great distance from XC and strong sprinters/throwers from football.
