Meet Information
Dear Coach,
The Eastend Showdown track and field meet will be held at the Varina High School track on Wednesday, April 18, 2012. Field events will begin at 5:00pm and the running events will start at 5:30pm. Only Opened to selected schools.This meet is limited to Lee-Davis,Highland Springs,Henrico,and Armstrong HS. All other teams attempting to enter will be rejected.
POLE VAULT WILL BE AT HIGHLAND SPRINGS HIGH SCHOOL APRIL 17, 2012
ELIGIBILITY: All athletes can compete. There is a maximum of six entries per event and two relay per event. An athlete will abide by VHSL rules concerning event eligibility. The only jewelry permitted is a watch. If an athlete scratches or does not give an honest effort in a running event, he or she will be ineligible for further participation in any running event. Entries should be sent via MILESTAT. All entries should be RECEIVED by Tuesday, April 17, 2012 by 6pm.
Concessions will be available
EVENTS: All standard VHSL events will be conducted. An athlete can qualify for district, region or state at this meet.
TIMIING: All timing will be F.A.T
TIME SCHEDULE:
5:00 Boys LJ, followed by boys TJ
Girls LJ, followed by girls TJ
Boys SP, followed by boys DISCUS
Girls DISCUS, followed by girls SP
Girls HJ, followed by boys HJ
WE DO NOT HAVE A POLE VAULT
