Meet Information

Awards: Top 3 Finishers will receive awards.

Sanctioning: Meets will be sanctioned by the Virginia High School League.

Spikes: : pyramid spikes only no needle or Christmas tree spikes allowed.

A certified athletics trainer will be on staff for the meet.

Tickets for spectators will be on sale ($5 Adults, $3 children under 12).

Meet programs will be on sale for $2.

Entry: will be limited to 3 entries per events. LJ, TJ, and SP will contest of 3 attempts plus finals; top 6 performers will qualify for finals

All entries must be done online at MileSplit.us. No exception! Entries will open in March 1. You may make changes up until the closing deadline 11:59pm on May 1, 2012.

Entry Fees: $100 per team (boys and girls separate). Please make checks to Lakeland High Schools.
