Dear Coach,
Thanks for deciding to participate in the Amherst County High School Track and Field Invitational. This is our 7th year for our invitational meet. We expect that this year our meet will be an exceptional meet.
Enclosed you will find the entry forms. Champion trophies will be awarded to the top place for both boy and girl teams. Plaques will be awarded to the Most Valuable Male and Female Field Athlete and Overall Runner. There will also be an cater/hospitality room provided for the coaches.
We are looking forward to having your team participate.
