Awards
Region Boys and Girls Championship Teams receive trophies. Top 15 Boys and top 15 girls receive medals.
Top six teams advance and top 10 individuals not with advancing teams advance to the AAA State Meet at Great Meadow on November 16, 2013.
State Entries
Please give state entries on VHSL State Entry form to meet Director, Kim Williams, before leaving the regional meet. Reminder that entries are to also be entered on milestat as well.

AAA Region Information for Coaches and Athletes
Jewelry and uniform rules will be in effect. Please bring this to the attention of your athletes.
Restrooms will be available at the stadium prior to 3:15. School is in session until that time. NO ATHLETES ARE TO BE IN CCHS FOR ANY REASON PRIOR TO THAT TIME.
CCHS is being renovated and we ask that athletes keep out of areas where equipment, materials and machinery are being stored.
Make sure runners proceed through the chute. Please have a stand in available if needed.
Only coaches with a pass and athletes are to be inside of the fence during the races. This will keep interference to a minimum.
Please keep the area clean by picking up any trash.
Race results will be available after awards and will be posted on milestat.com as well.
Course maps will be in your packets.
We will have a trainer on site.
WE WILL NEED ALL STATE ENTRY FORMS COMPLETED AND GIVEN TO THE MEET DIRECTOR PRIOR TO YOU LEAVING. YOU ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING YOUR TEAMS ENTRIES ON MILESTAT AS WELL.
