Entry Forms: All Conference. Entry Forms due no later than Monday, Oct. 21st. Schools may list ten names on the entry form, however only seven runners may participate in the meet. Times:
Packets may be picked up after 11:30 am
Mandatory Coaches meeting- 12:30 pm
Girls Start 1:30 pm
Boys Start 2:15 pm
Awards - 3:00pm
Admission: No Admission
Awards: Conference 19 Champion Trophy will be presented as well as awards to top 15 individuals; gold 1-5, silver 6-10, bronze 11-15
Course: 5000 meters over trail, dirt, and grass. Small spikes may be worn.
Scoring: Tags must be worn on the front of the uniform with the runners name and school.
Regional Qualifiers: The top 4 teams and top 15 individuals overall will advance to the 4A South Regional Meet held November 6 at Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville, VA.

The park is located in the heart of downtown Smithfield. From the West, take 64 East to Exit 263A(James River Br.) Follow Mercury Blvd over the James River Bridge into Carrollton. Turn right on Brewers Neck Blvd. Turn right on Benns Church Rd. Turn right on Main St. Turn right on Underwood St. Turn right on Cedar St and then a left on Jericho St. Park will be on left. BUSES: IF FOLLOWING AN ALTERNATE ROUTE, DO NOT TURN ON JERICHO ST FROM CHURCH ST. CONTINUE ON CHURCH ST. AND TAKE CEDAR ST. ALL THE WAY DOWN.
Parking: Traffic Marshals will be on duty directing parking.
