Conference Cross Country Championships
October 29, 2015 Willowmere Park
Entry Deadline: 2:00 PM, October 22, 2015
Coaches need to email Dave Davis for Conference 15 (davisdw@staffordschools.net) the names of the 10 athletes (top 7 plus 3 alternates) last name first followed by full first name, and also include grade.
Coaches must also submit the District Entry Form for the meet. (This can be found in the principals workbook on the VHSL website). Please email by October 22.
Time Schedule:
1:45 Course Opens2:15 - Coaches Meeting 2:45 - Girls 153:15 - Boys 154:00 - Combined Open Race - for anyone that would like to run4:45 - Awards
Top 3 Teams and Top 15 Individuals qualify from Conference 15 to the Region 5A North
Time Schedule for the Region Championship: Will be given to you by the Conference Director at the Conference Meet. You should have information from your AD by now also.
Parking:
Buses are to park along the edge of the road between the lower and middle parking lots.
Cars are to park first in the upper lot by the baseball fields with overflow parking in the lower and middle lots. PLEASE REMIND PARENTS TO BE CAREFUL WHERE THEY PARK
(Reminder: the year before last year someone parked on the course between the middle and upper lot)
Reminders:
Please have one person from each school designated to help with the Conference Meet.
We will need your Regional Entry Form (principals handbook) before you leave the Conference Meet.
Email your entries to you Region Director by Friday after the Conference Meet.

* We will be chip timing again this year, using two chips. The chip determines the place. Bib numbers must match the chip number. Lost chips will cost the individual school $20.00 per chip.
