Entry Deadline
All entries are due by Sunday, May 15th @ 11:59pm.

Entries
Individual Entries:
1. The Conference 29 Championship meet will be limited to three (3) entries per event from each school.
2. A school can enter more than three (3) if ALL entries meet the Conference 29 qualifying standard
3. For three (3) or fewer entries when the performances are verified on Milestat, no VHSL verification form is necessary
4. For three (3) or fewer entries when performance are not verified on Milestat, a VHSL verification form must be submitted including name, date, meet and performance.
5. For four (4) or more entries, we must have all entries on a VHSL verification form.
***All times must be F.A.T To convert hand to F.A.T add .24***
* If the performance is verified on Milestat, only the name and performance must be on the form.

* If the performance is not verified on Milestat, name, date, meet and performance must be included


Relay Teams
1. Each school is allowed one (1) relay per event. Make sure that any athlete you want to use on a relay is entered on a relay on Milestat or is entered in an individual event. It helps to have all possible athletes in the computer ahead of time.
E. All heats, flights and sections will be determined by using the entry information provided by the Milestat entries.
F. We will follow NFSHSAA rules and regulations as well as VHSL rules and regulations.

Performance list
A performance list will be posted to the event page on milestat, as well as the live results link above. Coaches will have until 9pm on Monday, May 16th to make any changes through e-mail to Doug at blueridgetiming@gmail.com

Start Lists
After 9pm on Monday, May 16th, the meet will be seeded and all start lists will be posted to the live results link above.

Admission
$5 for all spectators. VHSCA, VHSL, VIAA, VATA passes are accepted.

Scoring
10-8-6-4-2-1

Starting Heights
Based on entries and announced prior to the meet.

Coaches Meeting
Will take place in the Bull Pen at 2:15pm.

Concessions and T-Shirts
Available throughout the meet.
