ENTRY FEE: $80.00 for one team (same gender) and $125.00 for two teams (male/female)

Unlimited in developmental races
Please submit entries no later than Friday August 18th
Awards: Trophies to the top 3 teams male and female (only V)
Trophies to the top male and female finisher (only V)
Medals to the top 15 finishers male and female
Medals to the top 15 finishers in developmental race male and female
Admission: $3.00
Time schedule: 7:30 am course available to walk
8:30 am coaches meeting
9:00 am Varsity Female race
Varsity Male race
Developmental race (male and female)
***All races will start 10 minutes after last runner finishes in the preceding race
***No changing facilities only port-a-johns
Concessions will be available
T-shirt sale will be available - Invitational tee Cash or CC - no checks.

Enter all female and male runners. We will be able to sort who is in the Varsity Race and Developmental Race.
Directions: Directions to Central cross country course:
From South: Take I-81 to the Woodstock Exit. Turn right at the light as you exit. You will pass thru another light, and then turn left at the next light at the bottom of the hill onto Rt. 11 N. At the fourth light turn left onto North St. Proceed 0.7 miles and the course will be on the right, immediately before you pass over interstate.
From North: Take I-81 to the Toms Brook Exit. Turn left off of the exit. In approximately one mile turn right onto Rt. 11. S. After several miles you will enter Woodstock. Take a right at the first light onto North Street. Proceed 0.7 miles and the course will be on the right, immediately before you pass over interstate. (You will see the course (chute) on your right before you turn, please proceed to the white farm house before turning.)
Parking: There will be plenty of people to help park vehicles on Saturday.
Changes from last year: Moved start time up by 30 minutes, cost, changed limit to 10 in the varsity race and changed the developmental race to one race.
