Meet Information
BRC/VIC Track Meet
Date: Saturday May 13th, 2017
Time: A brief coaches meeting will be held at 10:00 am. Following that the Field Events will start at 10:30 am, followed by the Track events starting at 11:00 am.
Event Location: The Blue Ridge School: 273 Mayo Dr. St. George, Virginia 22935
Timing: All of the running events will be electric timed.
Admission: There will be a $5 admission charge for all spectators.
Concessions: We will have beverages and snacks available for purchase throughout the event. The concessions are run by a local charity and thus all proceeds are donated back to their cause.
Bus Parking: Buses will drop teams off via the bus lane of the parking lot next to the track and can park at the field house parking lot. Overflow parking will be down at the parking lot of the baseball field.
Medical Personnel: Stacy Rider, Blue Ridges Athletic Trainer, will be on site for the whole meet. We also will have at least one EMT available on site for the whole meet. One medical professional will be stationed at a first aid tent located near the middle of the turf field.
Number of Entries: All individual events are limited to three entries per school and all relay events are limited to one team per school.
Entries: Please complete entries for all events via milestat by 11:59 PM on Thursday, May 11th.
