Coaches: You do not have to enter anyone in the Sub-Varsity races. Enter all of your runners in the Varsity races. You get to decide which 10 report to the starting line for each Varsity race. The rest can run later in the Sub-Varsity races.
This meet is limited to the following schools: Douglas Freeman, Deep Run, Glen Allen, Hermitage, John Marshall, J R Tucker, Mills Godwin, Maggie Walker& Thomas Jefferson (R)
TIME SCHEDULE:
9:30 Girls Varsity race (max. 10 runners per team)
10:10 Boys Varsity race (max. 10 runners per team)
10:40 Girls Sub-varsity race (no max.)
11:20 Boys Sub-varsity race (no max.)
