8:15 Packet pickup starts

8:45 Middle School Boys 2 Mile Race

9:15 Middle School Girls 2 Mile Race (followed by Awards)

10:00 Girls Varsity "BLUE" Championship Race (8 are allowed to run)

10:45 Boys Varsity "BLUE" Championship Race (8 are allowed to run)

11:15 Girls "WHITE" Race (Unlimited entries)

12:00 Boys "WHITE" Race (Unlimited entries)

12:30 High School Awards

Entry Fees:

Middle School Boys 2 Mile Race $40.00 for the team

Middle School Girls 2 Mile Race $40.00 for the team (or $70.00 for both)

Girls J.V. Race $50.00 for the team

Boys J.V. Race $50.00 for the team (or $90.00 for both)

There is a $7.00 charge per individual runner if "no team"! A team is 5 or more!

Girls Varsity Race (Eight are allowed to run) $75.00

Boys Varsity Race (Eight are allowed to run) $75.00 (or $130.00 for both)

Note: Make checks out to EC Glass Cross Country.

Varsity "BLUE" runners must be in 9th-12th grades. "WHITE" race runners must be in 8th-12th grades. Middle School athletes must be in 6th -- 8th grades. No 5th graders.

Entry Info: Enter online at Milestat.com. Make checks payable to "EC Glass Cross Country" and mail to EC Glass High School, 2111 Memorial Ave., Lynchburg, VA 24501 (attn. XC) or bring it to the meet. Team rosters must be submitted on milestat by 8pm Tuesday October 3rd. Please indicate grade of each athlete you enter.

You DO NOT have to declare who is in your top TEN for the varsity "BLUE" race.

Awards: Trophies will be awarded to the first and second place teams in the boys and girls varsity races, and medals to the top 10 finishers. Medals will be awarded to the top 5 finishers in the boys and girls open races. Trophies will be awarded to the first place teams in the boy's and girl's middle school races, and medals will be awarded to the top 5 finishers in each middle school race.

Concessions: Food, beverages, and T-shirts will be sold

10:15 Varsity Girls Championship Race (10 are allowed to run) (Blue Race)

11:00 Varsity Boys Championship Race (10 runners) (Blue Race)

11:45 Girls JV Race (White Race) Grades 9-12 only (Unlimited entries)

12:30 Boys JV Race (White Race) Grades 9-12 only (Unlimited entries)

AWARDS -- Trophies will be awarded to the 1st place teams in both Middle School races, as well as the winning teams in the WHITE race. Trophies will be awarded to the top two teams in both BLUE races.

Medals will be awarded to the top 5 finishers in the Middle School races and the White races. Medals will be awarded to the top 10 finishers in the BLUE races. Food, beverages, and T-shirts will be sold

This is a VHSL sanctioned meet. It is open to all VHSL schools, and all private schools. No clubs, independent teams, or home school teams may participate.

PARKING - $5.00 per car -- All buses and cars are to park in the field at the crossroads as you enter Human Kind. No vehicles are to go behind the buildings. Buses may unload teams in the circle in front of the buildings, and then head to the designated parking area. We are guests of Human Kind and need to respect their rules. NO ONE is to enter any building for any reason. Bathrooms are available near the pavilion and in the back area of the course near the finish line. The pavilion is reserved for the E. C.
