Meet entry protocol:
1. Each team is permitted (2) entries per event (1) relay per school
2. All entries are to be entered at va.milestat.com
3. Entry deadline is Thursday October 19, 2016 at 12:01pm
4. Seed Meeting will be held at Freedom High School in Room Drama Room at 6:00pm.
5. Each school will need to have a coach present.
6. Scratch Meeting will be held at 2:30pm at the Finish Line.
Scoring & Awards:
Top 8 score 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 Prize Ribbons awarded to the top 8 including relays
Meet Information:
1. All sections are timed finals.
2. Meet will be seeded according to entered times.
3. No spikes allowed
4. Relay cards are due at the scratch meeting
5. Two (2) coaches will be assigned to each field event
6. Two (2) coaches will be assigned to each exchange zone
7. Teams are to provide implements and blocks
