TIMES: Boys Race 2:30 pm Girls Race 3:00 pm
COACHES MEETING: 2:00 pm. at Finish Line
COURSE
DESCRIPTION: A 3.1 mile run on the
grounds of Nokesville Park.
COURSE OPENS: 1:00 pm
AWARDS: Awards will be presented following the girls race near the finish line.

ENTRIES: Entries need to be entered via Milestat. You will be receiving a link on Monday, October 23rd and entries need to be entered no later than the October 27th. Regional entry forms should be sent to Seth Cameron, camerosw@pwcs.edu no later than October 27th.
ADMISSION:
Admission will be charged according to 3B Regional policy. The cost of admission will be $7.00 general admission. VHSL, VHSCA, VASSP, NASSP, VIAAA, and VHSL Principal's Passes will be honored for the bearer only.
PARKING: Spectator parking will be located at Nokesville United Methodist Church, 12550 Aden Road, P.O.Box 27, Nokesville, VA 20181
Buses will drop athletes off and park using Hickerson Lane park entrance
DRESS: No dressing room, dress at home. Portable restrooms are onsite for use.
T-SHIRTS: A shirt vendor will be available on site.
NO CONCESSIONS: Water and light concessions will be available.
MISCELLANEOUS:
1. Stay off the fences and horse jumps
2. No coaches inside the finish area
