Entries:Each team may enter up to 10 athletes per event.Final scores will be determined by the top 5 scorers with tie breaker
protocols allowing for 6 or 7 scorers.

must be received NLT Sunday, October 22nd, 2017 by 9PM. Championship:The winner of the Concorde DistrictCross-Country Meet is declared the Concorde District Champion (Boys & Girls)
Regional Qualifying:The top 4 teams and top 15 individual from each race will qualify for the Northern Region Meet.
Numbers:All participants must wear numbers on the front of their shirts. Packets may be picked up from Mr. Full at the scorer's table prior to the race.
Finish: Ipicochips will be used / Attached to the runners shoes.A video camera will be set up at the finish and numbers will be used as the backup system to the chips.
Coaches Meeting:Participating team coaches will meet with the tournament director at 1:30 pm at the awards table for a pre-race coaches meeting.
Course:2.98 miles with a variety
of surfaces including dirt trails, grass and pavement
Awards: Presentation of awardswill take place as soon as the official meet results are available
Locker&Restrooms:There will be no locker facilities available.Restrooms are located at the marina, one-half mile from the starting line. Teams are responsible for clean-up of their own warm-up areas in the park. Everyone must stay off of the fence and outside of the golf course area.
