These meets are intended to provide an opportunity for more athletes to compete. Consider them an indoor version of the tri-meets or quad meets that we have during the Outdoor season.
Entries will be limited to five in all individual events, 3 teams are allowed in the relays. These limitations will be strictly adhered to. The reason for this is the ability to run off the meet in a timely manner and facility restrictions. Entries will be done on Milestat.com and are due on Monday, January 8 by 12:00 p.m.
. We will run JV sections, please send 8th grade entries in an e-mail to David Stewart, fdhstrack@yahoo.com by Sunday, January 7, 9:00 p.m.
Four throws in the Shot with no finals. Open Pit Long Jump with four attempts and no finals.
The starting height in vertical jumps = TBA.
There will be no entry fee required, but we ask that coaches help in running off field events, measuring, timing, or moving hurdles so we can finish in a timely manner and before the temperatures become too frigid.
**Please note that the meet will be canceled/postponed if at any time the temperature falls below 40 degrees.
**The uniform rule is waived. Coaches, please be sure your athletes are dressed appropriately for the weather.
**Athletes will have access to the commons area of the school. Any athletes found in other areas of the school will be automatically disqualified from the meet.
Results will be e-mailed and posted on Milestat.com
These meets can be used as State Qualifiers.
