STARTING BLOCKS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOUR USE!!!!

Sanction: VHSL border states (VA, NC, MD and DC) through Lakeland High School.
Entry Fees: $20 per athlete/$200 team per gender; $40.00 per relay Team maximum per Gender. Each school may enter 6 athletes per event and 1 relay. JV in Virginia is is sub-varsity (8-10th grade) and there is no additional fee. Any team who wishes to enter more than 6 athletes in an event must email me will be charged $10 per extra athlete in an event.

Awards: Top 3 individuals in each event will receive "custom" medals and the top 2 teams will receive a trophy per gender.
Results: Live results on Milestat and on NSU athletics website.
Admission Fee (SATURDAY ONLY): $10.00 for Adults/$5.00 for a child ages 7-12.
Children 6 years old and younger are Free.
Official Meet programs will be on sale for $3.00 each.
