NOTE: Please double check your entries before you submit them into the system. It is your responsibility as the coach to make sure every one of your athletes has the opportunity to compete.

Scoring & Timing: We will be utilizing an F.A.T. timing system that will be operated. It is essential that you submit your entries prior to the deadline date to ensure accuracy and that all entries are entered into the system in a timely manner. Once again, if you have any questions, feel free to call or email. Changes will NOT be accepted after May 8, 2018.

Advancement to 1A/2A Region A Meet: The top four athletes per class per event and the top four relays per class per event automatically qualify for their respective regional meet. An example of automatic regional qualification is below:

Example using Tri-Rivers District Schools

1. Sam (Sussex Central-1A)

2. Bob (Greensville-3A)

3. Joe (Surry- 1A)

4. Mike (Windsor- 1A)

5. Chris (Brunswick- 2A)

6. Patrick (Surry- 1A)

In this scenario, Sam, Joe, Mike, and Patrick would advance to theGroup 1A Region Achampionship meet.

Athletes/relays who achieve the automatic regional standards also qualify for the regional meet.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact myself
