Course:

The meet will be held on a challenging course that offers a blend of flat fieldsand rolling hills over grass, dirt and gravel surfaces. The course is marked with white arrows painted on the ground and blue and gold arrow signs posted ontrees. Each mile is marked with a blue and gold mile marker sign as well. The frequency and location of the hills make this a challenging course that athletes hate and coaches love

Entries:Due to course size, this meet is limited to thefirst 12 schools who register and pay. Please email Coach Koepfinger for thepasswordat pkoepfinger@juno.com

All entries are to be submitted via Milestat. Entries open on 5/1/18. A maximum of 7 Varsity and 15 JV runners per gender. Entries close by 8:00 Am 9/19. Enter all 22 athletes and decide on race day which ones run Varsity and JV

Entry Fee: $100.00 for one team (boys & girls are each a team) or $185.00 for two teams.

Timing: Race Timing Unlimited will be using Chronotrack Technology to provide electronic chip based results/scores for the race.Coaches shall return the Chronotrack Chip to Race Timing Unlimited at the completionof therace. Coaches will be billed $20 for each chip that is not returned.

Parking:Due to King George schools letting out at 2:30, buses will be directed to park at an alternate location. Attendantswill direct busesto their parking location.

Spectators should park in the lot in front of the football stadium. Parking is Free.


Team Tents: Teams may set up their tents in the area designated for tentson the field near the woods behind the starting line area

Awards: The top 8 runners in each race receives a medal and trophies for the top Varsity and top the JV team per gender.

Athletic Trainer:The King George Athletic trainerwill be on site to provide support to include ice bags,tapping and treatment for injuries. If multiple athletes will require tapping before therace, we ask that you please provide your own tape.

Facilities: Restrooms will be available at the football stadium.

Water/Gatorade will be available at the finish line after each race.
