Field Events: 3:15 pm National Anthem: 5:30 pm
4 x 800 Relay: 5:35 pm
Admission: $5
Passes: VHSCA,
VHSL, Principals State Membership card
Timing: Slipstream Timing
Field Event Finals: Shot, Disc, Long Jump, Triple Jump
Entries: 3 perTeam Individual and 1 Relay per Team
Uniform Rule: Enforced - Relay uniform members must be 3 -
1 or 4 - 0, this includes tops and shorts
Implement Weigh-in
and Inspection: All implements will be weighed and checked. Then, they will be confiscated until the meet
starts.
Only 1/4 inch pyramid spikes are allowed on track surface. No tape allowed on track surface.
*You may only warm-up with a VHSL approved implement
Order of Events:
Standard Order of Events as listed in the NFHS rule book
Appeals Committee:
Women's Coaches for Men (vice-versa). The appealing school will not have a vote
Tents allowed in top rows of stadium only
No athletes allowed in the in-field/football field
Athletes exit after all running events by way of the gate in
turn #1
Bull Pen: Next to

*Once an athlete has checked in, they cannot leave the bull pen.
