8:00 AM - 9:00 AM - Facility set-up and registration. We will need the help of all coaches and participants to set up the pits, hurdles, etc. with everyone's help this should not take over an hour.
9:00 AM - Noon
Athletes will choose one (1) of the following event areas for lecture, hands on, learn-by-doing clinic led by top local high school and collegiate coaches.

Lunch Break (Concession stand will be open all day)
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
VHSL H.S. Invitational Track Meet
Boys & girls, all field events & all individual running events.
Note: While the learn-by-doing clinic is geared to the high school athlete, it is open to athletes of all ages. The track meet which follows, however, carries a VHSL sanction and is only open to high school athletes eligible to represent their schools for the current indoor season.
***There is a good chance that the 55 meter dash and 55 meter hurdles will have to be run as part of the last hour of the clinic session in order to be able to get in all of the events and get out by 5:00 PM. This may also apply to the horizontal jumps, depending on the number of participants.

Boys follow girls in all running events.
55 Meter Hurdles
55 Meter Dash
1600 Meter Run
500 Meter Run
1000 Meter Run
300 Meter Run
3200 Meter Run
High Jump (Boys then Girls)
Shot Put (Girls then Boys)
Pole Vault (Girls then Boys)
Horizontal Jumps (3 to get 2)
LJ-G, LJ-B, TJ-G, TJ-B
We will need all coaches to run the meet, there will be few if any additional officials.
Cost: $5.00 per athlete. $15.00 per coach and other adults. There will be no charge for coaches and other adults who help officiate the All-Comers Meet. Bring cash or make checks payable to: "Central Virginia T&F Foundation". We must have all fees on or before the clinic day. Sorry no exceptions. Fees cover clinic, meet, or both.
We can only handle a limited number for a clinic and meet of this type. Reservations will be made on a first come-first serve basis to reserve a spot send the following information ASAP and no later than Saturday, December 20, 2008 at 5 PM (end of Green Dragon Relays).
