A decent start to the outdoor season in Virginia this past weekend with some notable performances being recorded on Saturday as the rain cleared up and temperatures were not too cold. Top performances included a US #1 12:02 DMR by the Blacksburg girls (photo right by Paula Stevens) at the Battlefield Relays, who hold set the state record last year in 11:57.
