Date: August 28th, 2010

Time Schedule: 0800 � Packet picket-up begins

0830 � Boys/Girls 6th/7th/8th

0900 � Girls � 9th/12th

0945 � Boys � 9th/12th

1015 � Boys/Girls JV

1100 � Open 5K

Awards: HS Top 7 from winning team receive shirts

1st 5 in grades 6-7-8 receive medals (30 Total medals)

1st 10 in grades 9-12 receive medals (80 Total medals)

1st 5 girls and 1st 5 boys in JV race receive medals - No Open Awards



Entries: The Junior High, JV and Open Races have unlimited entries. Both Girls and Boys Varsity races will be limited to 9, yes 9 runners. �ONLINE� registration will be done thru www.milestat.com


Scoring: Raw scoring system used - the place you finish is the place you score

Results: Will be posted and then sent to Milestat.com

Purpose: This is the 1st meet of the season for everyone and everyone needs a 1st meet. This will be as low key as possible. We want everyone to come and enjoy the beginning of the season without pressure. Don�t worry about who your top 7 are and I won�t. We will provide water, fruit and baked goods

Cost: $75.00 HS Boys - $75.00 HS Girls ($125.00 for both) or $15.00 an individual $30.00 JHS Girls � $30.00 JHS Boys ($50.00 for both) or $7.00 an individual

$10.00 Open Race (coaches race free)
