2009 West Virginia AAA Cross Country State Champion, junior Brandon Doughty, of Jefferson is taking over where he left off last year. Doughty ran a 9:31.66 3200m at the 11th Annual Dwight Scott Battlefield Blast to take over first place in the boys 3200m State rankings.
