**ALL TRACK times should be entered as F.A.T. If your time is a hand held time ADD .24 seconds to your time (11.6 hand-timed - 11.84 F.A.T.)
ALL FIELD event performances should be entered in feet and inches.
In one meet a contestant may Compete in any number of field events but shall be limited to participation in only three running, except that contestant who competes in the 3200 meter run may compete in only one other running event.
Each School may enter two(2)contestants in each event, three (3) contestants ONLY if ALL three meet the entry standard.
