BLACKSBURG, Va. – Competing at the 2010 Big South Preview hosted by Radford University both the UNC Asheville men's and women's cross country teams earned fourth place finishes running against conference opponents on Saturday morning.

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville men's and women's cross country teams will run on a Saturday for the first time this year at the Big South Preview at the Blacksburg (Va.) Middle School Course. Radford is the host institution for the meet. The women's 5K race will start at 10:30 a.m., while the women's 8K race is scheduled to start at 11:30 a.m.

The VMI cross country programs will return to action Saturday, as the teams travel to nearby Blacksburg, Va. to take part in the Big South Preview meet, hosted by Radford at Blacksburg Middle School. The women's race will open the competition at 10:30 a.m.
