The 2010 Chancellor Cross-Country Invitational will be held on Saturday, September 4,2010. The entry fee is $80.00 for one team or $130.00 for two teams.

8:00 a.m. Coaches Meeting
9:00 a.m. Boys Varsity Race
9:30 a.m. Girls Varsity Race
10:00 a.m. Girls Developmental Race
10: 30 a.m. Boys Developmental Race
Awards
Trophies to the top 3 teams Boys/Girls Trophies to the top Boy and Girl Finisher
Medals to the top 25 Boys and Girls in Varsity Races Medals to the top 10 Boys and Girls in Developmental Race
Entries
Ten in Boys and Girls Varsity Races - Unlimited in Developmental Race
Race Timing Unlimited will be using time chips and Hy- Tek to score the race this year. We will need your athletes entered with name and class so that all entries are uniform. I prefer entries sent by Hy- Tek or email (natebrooks4@gmail.com) on a spreadsheet. However, they may be mailed or faxed. All info should be written dark and legibly printed. I need entries no later than Monday,August 23rd. FAX: 540-786-1176.

Parking
Due to limited parking at Loriella Park, buses need to UNLOAD, LOAD and PARK at Battlefield Elementary or Battlefield Middle School. Coaches need to inform parents and spectators that they should also park at the schools.
Please return the bottom half of this form, with your intent, to Nate Brooks, Chancellor H.S., 6300 Harrison Rd., Fredericksburg, VA 22407 as soon as possible but no later than Friday, Auqust 20th, 2010.
