Southern Track Classic
Date: May 13, 2011
Site: Sport Backers Stadium, Richmond, VA

Eligible Schools: All V.H.S.L. member schools. NFHS sanction has been applied for states of MD, NJ, NY, MASS, TN, KY, CT. All others must contact Randy Jessee by phone, 757-923-5240.

Entry Limitations: Three events per athlete including relays.

Entry Fees: $10 per individual event
$25 per relay
Plus $5.00 handling fee

Make checks payable to: King’s Fork High School Track Team
Any late payments must be approved by Dan Ward. Any entry
fees paid at the meet will incur a $25.00 late fee, cash only.

Entry Timeline: Entries are open now and will close May 1st at 5:00pm.

Entry fees must be in our hands by Thursday, May 12th .

Friday May 6th accepted athletes lists will be posted on www.milestat.com and the King’s Fork website kfhs.spsk12.net

These postings will be official.

Refund checks will be mailed to schools of non-accepted
athletes by May 23rd.

Marks may be updated until Sunday, May 1st on www.milestat.com

Follow registration directions on the website. Print a copy of the entries and mail it with entry fee to King’s Fork H.S.

Note: This timeline must be followed exactly to meet ever demanding sanctioning requirements.

Finals only – By INVITATION

Selection Process: Use personal records as entry marks. Non-verified marks will be rejected. Entry marks will not be the only criteria used for selection. Diversity of school size, competition opportunity and geography will be factors. If you are loading up a relay please note that by hand on your printed and mailed entries. Invitation of athletes is the sole responsibility of meet management and that decision is final.
