FACILITY: An 8 lane all-weather track. Spikes of are recommended. Throwing surfaces are concrete. All Jumping surfaces are all-weather rubber. There are 2 runways.
DEADLINES: Payment is due before your first athlete competes in the meet. If possible, please mail checks before the meet to

ENTRY FEE: $100.00 per gender per team or $10.00 per individual.

AWARDS: The top three individuals and the top relay team will receive medals. The top two teams will also receive a trophy.
CONCESSIONS: There will be a concession stand with a grill open during the meet. T-Shirts will be available. There will be a Coaches Lunch served at 11:30 am.
SCRATCHES: Please e-mail any scratches to jlstockdreher@henrico.k12.va.us as soon as possible once the entry deadline has passed. You may scratch the day of the meet, but no additions or substitutions will be accepted on the day of the meet.
ENTRY PROCEDURE: Teams will enter through the milesplit entry system on www. Milestat.com. You are allowed 3 athletes per event and one relay. Entries will close on Tuesday April 5, 2011 at Midnight.

OTHER INFORMATION: There will be FAT timing for all races with a FinishLynx System. All races are finals. There will not be any prelims. We will run heats fastest to slowest. You may enter three athletes in each event. Performances will be posted. Results will be sent to Milestat.com
WARM UP AREA: Please instruct your athletes to warm up outside the stadium. The track is for races only.
INFIELD: No athletes will be allowed on the infield unless their event is being run. The area of the finish line is off limits. Times and results will be posted. Coaches are asked to stay away from the timing booth. Direct any disputes to Coach Lake Stockdreher.
