The meet is closed to any new teams but if you want to go on a waiting list if there are cancellations to let me know by email(buzzymale@gmail.com).
2011 ALBEMARLE CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL @ PANORAMA FARMS
In Earlysville, Va. Approximately 3 miles northwest of AHS.

RACE DAY SCHEDULE:
9:00AM Course opens. Packets available for High School and Middle School .
9:45am Men and Women (all ages) Open 5k. Race day registration only, $10
Finish in Two Chutes. Awards to top 10 Males and Females as they finish.
10:30am Boys and Girls Middle School Race. 2 mile course and finish in two
Chutes. Awards to top 15 Boys and top 15 Girls as they finish.
11:00am High School Coaches Meeting @ awards platform next to Finish Line.
11:30am High School Boys 5k (Top 7). Awards for top 20 individuals and 3 teams.
12 Noon High School Girls 5k. (Top 7) Awards for top 20 indiv. And top 3 teams
12:45pm HS Boys JV 5k(11-12) unlimited.Awards top 10 indivs,team champion.
1:15pm HS Girls JV 5k (11-12)
2:00pm HS Boys JV 5k (9-10)
2:30pm HS Girls JV 5k 9-10)
3:00pm Awards
Entry Proceedure: Limited to Top 35 High School Teams. $100 for hs boys and $100 for hs girls teams. Receipt of entry fee check will guarantee spot, so mail checks early to: AHS XC Invit. c/o of Sue Caldwell, Ahs Ath. Dept. 2775 Hydraulic Rd. Charlottesville, Va. 22901. Middle School ($5 per runner) and Open race entry fee ($10 per runner) can be pd. on race day.
Both High School and Middle School entries MUST BE ENTERED THRU MILESTAT WEBSITE. DEADLINE IS MIDNIGHT, THURSDAY, SEPT. 22ND. Obtain password from Buz Male (434-987-2126) or buzzymale@gmail.com. PLEASE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY ENTER YOUR ENTIRE ROSTER. ONLY ENTER THOSE YOU EXPECT TO RACE AS THE CHIP TIMING FEES ARE BASED ON NUMBERS ENTERED AND THIS WILL CAUSE THE ENTRY FEE TO BE INCREASED FOR FUTURE MEETS.
There is a $5 parking fee per vehicle. T-shirts and food concessions will be available. Head coaches will receive a gift from our Asics.
