Participation in the Central Region Cross-Country Varsity races is limited to the top 4 teams and the top 15 individuals from each of the 4 District that comprise the Central Region.All other athletes on a school's eligibility roster may compete in the appropriate Sub- varsity Race.
Only 8th & 9th graders may compete in the freshman race.
Time Schedule:
1:15 pm Start Freshman Race ( Boys & Girls)
2:00 pm Start Girl's Sub-Varsity Race
2:45 pm Start Boy's Sub-Varsity Race
3:25 pm Start Girl's Varsity Championship Race
4:10 pm Start Boy's Varsity Championship Race
5:00 pm Awards Ceremony
