9:00 am Open Race ($10 Entry Fee) Overall and Age Group Awards
10:30 am Mixed Middle School Boy's & Girl's 2 Mile Race ($20.00 team or $3 per athlete)
11:00 am Girl's J.V. Race (See below) unlimited entries
11:45 am Boy's J.V. Race (See below) unlimited entries
12:15 pm Girl's Varsity Race ($50.00 for Varsity and JV) Top 7
1:00 pm Boy's Varsity Race ($50.00 for Varsity and JV) Top 7
TBA Award Ceremony will be ASAP after the Boy's Varsity Race

Note: If you enter all the High School divisions then the fee is $100.

Checks made out to William Byrd Track Cross County.

* Varsity runners must be in 9-12th grades.

* JV runners must be in 8-12th grades.

* Middle School athletes must be in 6th-8th grades.

DIRECTIONS: From I-81 towards Roanoke, take I-581 South. Go 1 mile, take the Peters Creek Road exit, 2S. Go 0.2 miles and turn right into Northside High School

Entry Fees: To secure a spot for your team will need to email Eric Royal at eroyal@rcs.k12.va.us and mail your entry fee to William Byrd High School. ONCE you are officially entered, the fees will not be refunded. Make your checks payable to William Byrd Cross County.

Meet Rosters:
Meet Entries must be emailed to Eric Royal at eroyal@rcs.k12.va.us by Tuesday, October 4th in the format below with the boys and girls names listed separately. It helps if they are listed alphabetically as well. Be sure to include the name of your school. You DO NOT have to declare who is in your top Seven for the varsity race. All we need is a list of your male athletes with their grade levels and female athletes with their grade levels. (See below). Once we receive your emailed entries we will reply with a confirmation that you are all set.

Open Race Top 3 Overall Male/Female Age Groups: 13 & Under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and Over Open Race is $15 and free for all Coaches

Concessions:
Food, beverages, and T-Shirt will be sold.
