I haven't run since Saturday and have signed up for the Twilight Classic. I've decided I'm still going to run and give it my best effort. My excuse for not running is that I've worked 48 hours in the past 4 days and all I felt like doing once I got home was laying around. I still would like to crack 21:00 but I'm not as confident that will happen now.
