Today, I went to the Fieldhouse in Sudbury and participated in a strength/power workout designed for the dumbell bench press. I would complete 10 presses at a time. Take a few minutes off between each set, and then hop back in for another 10. I did this six times, after an agility and speed warmup of couse! It was a great workout!
