Cross Country Practice Information Official practice starts Monday, August 10th at 7:00 AM at the Deep Run Stadium. All athletes must have a current (after May 1st 2009) completed VHSL physical form to participate in practice. Athletes should have a good/fairly new pair of running shoes, a wrist stopwatch, a towel or exercise(yoga) mat to stretch and do corework on. Practices will run from 7:00...
