The first outdoor meet will be held on Wednesday, March 24th at Todd Stadium against Warwick High School. Meet time is 3:30. Conn Madden Invitational is this weekend March 26th-27th at Todd Stadium. It begins Friday evening and continues 9 a.m. Saturday.

Menchville XC Practice 8/18-8/20 (M-W) 7am at Menchville! Thursday will be 2:30pm at Menchville. Friday is a Scrimmage at NN Park (race starts at 6pm) We will leave Menchville at 4:30pm and meet at 5pm at NN Park.

XC Practice will begin tomorrow - Monday August 4th. Practice will be @ The Noland Trail (1st parking lot on the right) 7:00am - 8:30am This is the practice schedule for the 1st two weeks of practice. (8/4 - 8/16 Mon-Sat)

Menchville had a 4x200 relay that ran 1:25 to win a state relay crown. The Ragunas brothers ran 10.5 and 21 something. I'm sure your relays ran faster than advertised on your website.
