Week 4 rankings for the Nike Team Nationals Southeast Region have been released. Jamestown boys at #5 and Oakton boys at #10 make first ranking appearances this season after their performances at Maymont. Midlothian and Brentsville boys maintain their #1 and #2 spots in the region after an off weekend. West Springfield boys reappear in the rankings at #6 and Thomas Jefferson boys drop from #3 to #6 after Maymont. All four of the Virginia girls' teams from week 3 maintain their ranking positions with Midlothian at #3, Lake Braddock at #5, Blacksburg at #8, and Brentsville #10. Midlothian and Brentsville were off last weekend, while Lake Braddock won the Oatlands Invite and Blacksburg finished third at Maymont.

The Nike Team National regional rankings are the basis of the NTN team selection process. The top two teams in each region at the end of the season will be invited to compete in the Nike Team Nationals in Portland Dec. 2. The third and fourth place teams in each region are considered for the four national at-large selections.
