Caleb Doan had a tough decision to make.
Should he run for his dad, Lanny, at Bayside? Or should run at Ocean Lakes for coach Mike Nestor, who each year has one of top cross country programs in the Eastern Region?
Doan chose the latter.
"I think it's good to have a separate kind of relationship," Caleb said. "If I was with (my dad) the whole time, it would have been crazy. So it was good to get away."
His dad agreed.
