Weini Kelati is back! She had run a monstrous 17:11 at Oatlands but everyone was still waiting to see her run a crazy fast time somewhere else than Oatlands. This week she did that by not only running a new VA #1 but also a US #2 and #2 All-time for Virginia 16:29.
