Freedom (11) grad Lauretta Dezubay leads UVA to win at rain-soaked home invite

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Despite the effects of Hurricane Hanna, Virginia’s men’s and women’s cross country teams opened their seasons Saturday morning at Panorama Farms with matching victories. In head coach Jason Vigilante’s first appearance with the Cavaliers, both squads swept the top-three spots, while also claiming fifth. The Cavalier women were led by PA's Lauretta Dezubay, a 2005 grad of District 11's Freedom HS.
